Break/fix agreements are annual contracts that provide repair or replacement of broken equipment such as printers, PCs, Mac, servers, and more. These agreements include replacement parts and installation labor, and equipment can be added or removed as needed. These agreements can also have defined response times such as one business day, four hours, or two hours.

While break/fix service agreements remove many of the potential problems of managing lots of IT and business equipment, they are particularly useful for the following scenarios::

• Organizations that have a large installed base of older equipment, or environments that have ongoing repair needs for PCs, Mac, servers, and printers
• Departments that want one single point of contact for all repair needs
